If President-elect Obama appoints Hillarious Clinton as his administration's Secretary of State, what happens if, on Friday the 5th of December, SCOTUS vacates Obama's election because he fails to prove his qualifications as a viable candidate for the office of POTUS.
I don't think anyone in his right mind really believes that the "system," or anyone in it, will force Obama to reveal his trump card until after he's broken the "natural born" clause of the US Constitution. Once the precedent has been established the courts will simply re-interpret (pdf) that clause of their "living" document.
So it seems simple to me: one way to get this birth certificate issue before a federal judge is for someone to directly disobey a clear order of the next Commander-In-Chief.
Someone, somewhere, will be in a position to perform an act of insubordination on the basis that BHO is an illegitimate pretender to the highest office in the USA.
The only problem with that is that Joe Biden will inherit the office.
