GOOD NEWS - The healing power of the King!

My faith is the kind of faith that doesn't need proof of God's presence, I just know that He is present with me and that's enough.

But give praise and glory to the King when his presence is made known in ways which cannot be explained by the mind or words of man.

We had a miracle at our church last week ... I know, we have miracles every day, we're just are not aware of them. This one is different; we have the testimony and evidence of a hand of God miracle and we want to give Him all the glory and take nothing that belongs to God for ourselves! So I'm telling this in a perfunctory way for fear of stealing any of His glory.

Mindy is 5 months pregnant, with twins; she visited our church only once before. There was nothing extraordinary about the morning worship service. Mindy seemed very uncomfortable so following the service I asked her if she was okay and got a very direct "No!"

It turned out she had a seperated rib (very painful). Also, the twins are in seperate sacs (fraternal twins) ... each with more than normal fluid ... and were pushing on the separated rib. She spent most of her spare time in a bath tub, seeking relief from the pain.

We went to our prayer room ... Mindy, her boyfriend, and I ... and we prayed. Nothing exceptional, we just prayed believing that God could heal Mindy's rib, we simply asked that He would heal her rib.

Mindy went home in great pain and laid down, three hours later she awoke to discover she had no pain. She went to her doctor; he confirmed there was no longer any evidence of a separated rib and could offer no explanation for waht happened.

You look into the eyes of this young woman and there is only ONE explanation for the absence of pain ... God healed her rib cage. The doctor remains dumbfounded.

Like I said, our church doesn't need this kind of interaction with the King to know that He is who He says He is, but oh how sweet it is when He does. Praise to the King of kings!
