... is struggling; which reminds me of just how fickle, contrary, and obstinate people of faith can be. Once the darling of the Christian Right, the organization, founded 16 years ago by Pat Robertson, now appears to be floundering. We are fickle because we tend toward cynicism, we are contrary because we listen to too many voices, and we are obstinate because what do and how we do it is hard work and so very, very important ... not for ourselves but for others.
