GREAT COMMISSION: Here is the Great Commission carried out to a fault.

The Russian Orthodox Church takes the words of Christ seriously ...
And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Mat 28:18-20
Great Commission, Russian Orthodox ChurchTrinity Church ... is a small Russian Orthodox church on the King George Island near Russian Bellingshausen Station in Antarctica. It is the southernmost church in the world. It was opened on May 29, 2004. [...]

The church is a 15m-high wooden structure built in traditional Russian style. It can accommodate up to 30 worshippers. The structure was built out of Siberian Pine by Altay carpenters led by K.V. Khromov, then dismantled, shipped to Antarctica (by the ship Academician Vavilov) and assembled there by the staff of Bellingshausen Station.
Trinity reminds me of the Russian church built of the coast of Northern California back when Russia owned California the first time.

Anyone feel called to pastor there?
