CULTURAL DECAY: Three Foot Worldview Redux

I have some problems with this program ... not that it won't work, but because of our "unalienable rights" and what I believe will be an exacerbation of the problem. It seems to this America that it is comparable to the "Scarlett Letter" of old.
A program to monitor child sex offenders with electronic ankle bracelets equipped with global positioning devices should be in operation by Sept. 1, a state corrections official said Monday.

The abduction and killing of 10-year-old Jetseta Gage, of Cedar Rapids, last year prompted the Legislature to pass a law requiring closer monitoring of child sex offenders.
Additionally, now that I think of it, the device on the leg will be visible to many who will not have the same self-control you and have; these people may try to exact a supplementary vigilante justice.

Man has known for centuries, two wrongs will never equal a right! In this case, there seems to be a legion of wrongs!
