... but in the past ten years of Hamas/Hezbollah (Hizbollah) incursions, murders, rocket launchings, kidnappings, violations of International law, and murder-bombers, not more than a finger has ever been lifted by world leaders to condemn them.
What is a rational, reasonable explanation for this?
