DUBYA: UN Address - "The Truth Hurts"!

Just about the time I've given up on hearing anything good from this sin sick world I am surprised. President George W. Bush is one of those who have surprised me again and again.

Someone said, "The most difficult thing in life to do is to explain truth." What the president did at the UN was more difficult still for those who deal in untruth. The guys he was really addressing wore holes in their britches squirming in their seats.

Rather than list the truths the UN attendees did not want to hear would be too hard on you ... bsides it would be easier for you to read it for yourself.
THE PRESIDENT: Mr. Secretary General, Mr. President, distinguished delegates, and ladies and gentlemen: We meet one year and one day after a terrorist attack brought grief to my country, and brought grief to many citizens of our world. Yesterday, we remembered the innocent lives taken that terrible morning. Today, we turn to the urgent duty of protecting other lives, without illusion and without fear. ......
