The walls between old allies on either side of the Atlantic cannot stand. The walls between the countries with the most and those with the least cannot stand. As one blinded-by-the-light blogger put it ...I just finished watching what was both a moving moment and a moving speech by Senator and Presidential Candidate Barack Obama. But after this speech, I think Obama's unseated Former President Bill Clinton for the title of "President Of The World" and he hasn't even been elected yet.Obviously Obama's election is a forgone conclusion in Zennie's mind.
He is also a closet global warming nut; this from the speech ...As we speak, cars in Boston and factories in Beijing are melting the ice caps in the Arctic, shrinking coastlines in the Atlantic, and bringing drought to farms from Kansas to Kenya.BELIEVERS BEWARE! He is either wearing no clothes or has on the fresh fleece of a recently slaughtered sheep!
We are living in a time when politicians are evaluated on the basis of their kinetic and visual image, NOT the substance of their words.
This gifted orator is a perfect example of this socially debilitating disease ... he is the Joel Osteen of contemporary politics.
Oh fellow voter, as much as I detest John McCain's politics, I cannot allow my non-vote to add to Obama's tally!
