One of the two bomb-makers behind the 2002 Bali nightclub bombing was killed in an air strike in the Philippines, it was reported.
Dulmatin, one of the most wanted men in Asia, was tracked to a meeting with terrorists from the southern Philippines-based group Abu Sayyaf, The Australian said, quoting Philippine military authorities.
The report said the meeting was bombed by fighter jets and helicopters on Thursday in an Islamic stronghold 900km south of Manila, in the Mindanao province.
