At least one national figure isn't afraid of Riding Hood, or his big bad wolf ...
A UPI story in the World Peace Herald says ...
Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney says the nation's loss of global prestige is linked to its embrace of same-sex marriages, such as are legal in the Bay State.
"America cannot continue to lead the family of nations around the world if we suffer the collapse of the family here at home," Romney said Friday to a group of Utah Republicans.
Romney, a devout Mormon, called Massachusetts' Supreme Judicial Court's legalization of same-sex marriage in Massachusetts "a blow to the family," the Boston Globe reported Saturday.
His remarks followed a Boston protest by same-sex union supporters who criticized Romney for his traditional family values.
