Family News in Focus asks rhetorically, "What do bankruptcy and pro-life protestors have in common?"

Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) will once again attempt to tack an amendment on to an important bankruptcy bill. Pro-lifers believe the amendment will deny peaceful pro-life protestors the ability to declare bankruptcy.
Schumer declined a Family News in Focus request for an interview.
Michael DePrimo, who is with the American Family Association Center for Law and Policy, said the Schumer amendment—should it ever be passed—would not survive a court challenge.
