Companies run by women are outperforming those run by men, according to new research. A survey of 12,000 small and medium-sized businesses showed that a higher percentage of firms with female bosses were increasing their sales and taking on staff than those run by men.
As a capitalist and a former business man, I say, "Yahoo!" I'm not particular where the success comes from as long as people prosper under good leadership. Way to go, girls! Ooppss, I mean, ladies. Ah, make that, boss!
