Another state takes the step to protect marriage as we've known it for 6,000 years.
The next step will be for the homosexuals and the ACLU to go to court to get their activist judges to tell the people of my birth-state that they can't do that!
With nearly all of the ballots counted, 71 percent were in support of the ban while only 29 percent were against.Kansas law already prevents same-sex marriages, but supporters say the amendment is needed to protect that law from being successfully challenged in court.
