Apparently the UN, Coffin Anon and his cronies, thought they'd discovered another way to milch the world of a few Euros ... overstate a construction budget by 257%.
No one has been identified by name but the Hindrocket, of Powerline fame, writing for The Daily Standard, has uncovered the scheme. Someone, or a group of someones, inside the monster figured they could fill their off-shore accounts with over $700 million dollars.
Of course there doesn't appear to be any repercussions from the discovery ... bear in mind, if this boondoggle somehow finds its way to approval, you, the American taxpayer will foot over $140 million of the scam, plus interest.
As of this moment the crooks have moved on to other deep pockets to pick.
