A periodic post of things I've read and like in the Kingdom part of the blogosphere ... the caption link will get you back to the most recent previous post on Kingdom Blogs ...
- Cerulean Sanctum segues from heaven and hell to prayer and a challenge so neatly I had to read it twice to see the transition. The challenge is packaged in solid biblical advice for those of us who too often dismiss God's enemies without praying for them.
- Blogotional links to Evangelical Outpost, who poses unique questions here and here concerning the prevailing myth that men and apes are brothers. Excellent! As an aside, I've always wondered - if we descended from primates, why are they still around! Or how about this: perhaps, since one theory is that everything is in a state of decay, perhaps primates are descended from us.
- Brother John Brown at Scotwise resides on the sunny Gold Coast of Australia; his forte is encouragement and he has a pair up from yesterday (which is today for me) and today (which is tomorrow for me) for when we get in deep water. Thanks, John!
- Michael Spencer, a favorite thinker of mine, aka the iMonk, has a post that is dear to my heart, for personal reasons. It is on "quiet time" or daily devotionals ... it is both revealing and inspiring ... for a Baptist.
