I predict at or near the end of the western military presence the Iranians will fulment revolution amongst the Sunnis in order to gain closer ties with their Iraqi Shia cousins.
The real test of Dubya's democratic solution for the Muslim Middle East will be how well the new Iraqi government can administer domestic affairs in the short-term. If they don't have a man sized amount of democratic testostorone flowing in their veins, they won't last half a decade before civil war breaks out.
Remember the Arab worldview, especially the Arab Muslim worldview is inherently different to the Western worldview.
