HOMO-MARRIAGE: Effort to pass a Senate measure fails.

When I was a little boy in Kerryville, KS, my dad kept chickens in a coop out back behind the garden. If we wanted eggs we had to go gather them.

Whose responsible for gathering the one the chickens (pictured at right) in the Senate laid yesterday?

Democrat Senator Edward Kennedy [pictured at left] called it a "cynical attempt to score political points by overriding state courts and intruding into individuals' private lives". [BBC]

CRIB NOTE: At the base of this issue is confusion about three elements of our current society -

first, natural erogenous stimulation;
second, sincere emotional attachment; and
third, the role of tradition in a society's health and development.

If we could find a way to clarify these three things for those who are confused about them we might take a big step forward in solving the issue ... assuming, of course, we were able to identify the confused.
