HUMAN CLONING: As terrrorists, despots, and international politics nudge us closer to WWIII,

... scientists nudge us closer to a creative holocaust!
A cloned human would probably consider themselves to be an individual, a study suggests.

Scientists drew their conclusions after interviewing identical twins about their experiences of sharing exactly the same genes with somebody else. [Image courtesy of www.thompsonatlarge.com]
If this were not so serious, I'd still be on the floor laughing.

Murphy's Law alone us sufficient to make one highly suspicious of scientists' conclusions; but add in the Unintended Consequences (and see also The Butterfly Effect) and you've got something so much like the Tower of Babel it makes me muddle-headed.

Let me speak with my prophetic voice: history, scripture, and common sense tell us only three outcomes are possible with this creative tinkering ...
  1. If individuality is the result, then (a), the individuality this creature feels will be one of superiority (if the Lord doesn't come within the next 100 years I predict some will try to get a global ban on natural reproduction in favor of the "superior" laboratory method ... Hitler couldn't have asked for more), or (b), it will be one of sinlessness
  2. God will intervene in a way unseen by the pride of man and the mess will be a mega mess
  3. Or both of the above.
The Apostle Paul told us ...
For it is written, "I WILL DESTROY THE WISDOM OF THE WISE, AND THE CLEVERNESS OF THE CLEVER I WILL SET ASIDE." Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
1 Corinthians 1:19-20
I am fully aware of the contributions "science" has made to the world, but I would remind you history has a horrible record of contributions made by "mankind" as a result of science.

Think about it!
