I just received (7:40 a. m) an e-mail News Alert from the Washington Post dated "6:02 p.m. ET Friday Jan. 14, 2005" announcing John Negroponte's appointment as the president's new intel chief. Wow, if I only had their crystal ball ... if I had only been there then to blog this, what a scoop!
