FILIBUSTER FILETS - "For wind but not for God or country!" (Dems)

According to A Logical Voice, the voters have spoken ...

This is interesting, according to a poll carried out by ICM for BBC Scotland, given the choice between nuclear, or wind power, 73% of people said they preferred the wind power option, with only 17% favouring nuclear energy.

Well ... what can I say! Certainly the democrats and the Scottish have something in common, they love wind and they both have plenty of it!

Likewise, when it comes to the nuclear option, the people and dems oppose it; that is, if you believe the guys who got it wrong on Terri Schiavo, they say the people don't want republicans to go nuclear.

And they evidently don't want people of faith to have a voice in their country ... ConfirmThem speaks to the noise concerning Frist's impending April 24 talk with "those God people."

He quotes this Ded Kennedy's bloviation ...

I hope Senator Frist will decide not to participate in this blatant assault on the fundamental principle of separation of church and state.
Excuse me if I seem ill-informed, but I don't think the liberals would consider the distance between the earth and the moon as sufficient separation between "people of faith" and their concept of the "state."

My high school American history and social studies teachers, as well as my college poli-sci and American government professors, must be twisting on their quilted satin linings knowing they didn't teach that doctrine correctly ... at least according to Chappaquiddick Ted!
