Two weeks ago San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer said, "I'm going to issue an opinion." (a loose paraphrase) His opinion then was that homosexuals in California can marry, and that the state's law against it was unconstitutional.
Today, the same Judge Kramer said, "I'm going to issue a stay!" (a direct quote) Why? Because he knew there would be appeals!
I wish this guy would make up his mind and I'm sure the homosexual community would like the same thing! If he really believes what he opines he should stand by it, to heck with the appeals.
It’s a good thing God didn’t call me to be a lawyer … I’d have been in perpetual contempt of court.
