A senior aide to the U.N. Secretary-General told a congressional panel Thursday that a transformation of the United Nations is under way, but denied the U.N. is an out of control bloated bureaucracy.
Such was the testimony of the First Executive Assistant for the Third Director of the Council for Public Decorum's Office of the Under-Secretary for the Americas' Office of Public Promotions and Proclamations' Office of Assistance and Glossolalia for the New York Council of Offices and Councilor Affairs for the United Nations' Peace and Intervention Forces Directorate's Executive Liaison Office of the Center for Kojoian Funds Distribution.
