SUPREME COURT: A different Kennedy legacy!

That's it, after this morning's news that Justice Kennedy used international law, two unratified international treaties, and a "national consensus" to come to a decision on the constitutionality of the death penalty for convicts under the age of 18, I'm going to go right to Amazon.com and buy Mark R. Levine's book "Men in Black: How the Supreme Court is Destroying America," and see what he recommends to stop this.

This is nothing less than a moral dictate carrying the weight of law where no law existed.

See my prior posts on SCOTUS: here, here, and here.

UPDATE: See Opinion Journal piece for indepth look at Justice Kennedy's propensity to legislate from the bench.
